"Guess What Day It Is?!"
YES! I FOUND MY CAMEL HAT! It was the last place I looked . . .
HUMP DAY, the top of the mountain! Monday/Tuesday we're climbing and Thursday/Friday are down hill days. Do you know how to make a mountain with your body? Stand tall, roll your shoulders back and down, and squeeze all your muscles tight. It doesn't look like your working hard, but you are! Being a mountain helps your body feel strong and stable on a wibbly, wobbly day. It doesn't have to be Wednesday to give it a try!

Too Many Frogs on Tuesday
My frog lost his croak! ALL feelings are okay. Nothing that a good book can't fix!
I enjoyed reading Too Many Frogs by Sandy Asher to Pleasant Hill Cougars today. Froggie says, "Love to listen!" Together is better, even when we need to work out a frustration or disagreement. Froggie says, "Well done!" Mrs. Broam and Froggie say, "Toodle-oo!"

Eat More Chicken and BREATHE
Thanks to PTA for selling Chick-fil-A biscuits this morning!
If you get "in a pickle" today,
try to breathe like a COW and CAT!
Inhale and drop your udders, stretch your neck, chin, and tailbone to the sky.
On the exhale, arch your back like an angry cat. Pull in your tummy muscles to support your back and let your head be heavy to stretch out your neck.
Repeat for several rounds of breath. It's sure to solve any "Chilly Dilly" that comes your way!
