Eat More Chicken and BREATHE
Thanks to PTA for selling Chick-fil-A biscuits this morning!
If you get "in a pickle" today,
try to breathe like a COW and CAT!
Inhale and drop your udders, stretch your neck, chin, and tailbone to the sky.
On the exhale, arch your back like an angry cat. Pull in your tummy muscles to support your back and let your head be heavy to stretch out your neck.
Repeat for several rounds of breath. It's sure to solve any "Chilly Dilly" that comes your way!
