Cougar Family Challenge

I wore my detective hat and had my magnifying glass in hand this morning!  Come to school tonight, 6:00-8:00, for our "Cougar Family Challenge!"  It's an opportunity to complete a Scavenger Hunt with other PHES Cougars.  If you're not sleeping .  .  . join the fun!  Have a great and restful weekend.  It was a GGGRRReat first week!

Just Keep Swimming!

Someone shared this "Nemo" hat with me a while back.  I LOVE to remember how Dory sings, "that's what we do, we keep on swimming!"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l_tFa4-5OM

We're all wearing out -- cranking up a new year takes a lot of energy!  Get some rest this weekend so you can come back refreshed and ready for a second week of work.  Thank you for your perseverance and smiles!  It's been a wonderful first week back in school.

We're Back! WATCH OUT for Watch D.O.G.S.!

We're on Day 2 of the 2013-14 school year!  We thank our Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) who helped us welcome everybody on the first day of school!  Dads interested in participating in Watch D.O.G.S. are invited to an organizational meeting on Thursday, September 12 @ 6:00.  We'll eat pizza and discuss the details of how to volunteer.  Here's a video to get to know more about this national program:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wb3gsOoSu4Y

Today I wore my Octopus Hat to "lend a helping hand!"  PHES Cougars are doing a great job learning procedures and practicing the 7 Habits for Happy Kids.  It's gonna be a GGGRRReat year!  If you need a helping hand, please give me a call.
