"Guess What Day It Is?!"

YES!  I FOUND MY CAMEL HAT!  It was the last place I looked .  .  . 
HUMP DAY, the top of the mountain!  Monday/Tuesday we're climbing and Thursday/Friday are down hill days.  Do you know how to make a mountain with your body?  Stand tall, roll your shoulders back and down, and squeeze all your muscles tight.  It doesn't look like your working hard, but you are!  Being a mountain helps your body feel strong and stable on a wibbly, wobbly day.  It doesn't have to be Wednesday to give it a try!
