What I Learned at Yoga This Week
Your yoga mat can take you on all kinds of adventures! We went to Hawaii last Thursday, and this week we're traveling to England and Ireland.
A giraffe is about 17 feet tall and the small intestines in my body are about 17 feet long . . .
There are over 600 muscles in the human body. I can s-t-r-e-t-c-h and strengthen many skeletal muscles with my yoga!💪
Breathing is magic.
It's great to share yoga with new friends!
It's great to read new books with new friends!
It's hard to do pool yoga with this summer's weather!🌩🌩

"Yay for Yoga with Mrs. Broam" is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 4:00-4:30, for "people shorter than me!" In-person Kids' Yoga is 4:00-4:30 at Pisgah Lutheran Church in Lexington, SC.
For "people taller than me," we can chair yoga on Wednesdays, 4:45-5:15, or mat yoga at 5:30-6:30, at Pisgah or mat yoga 6:30-7:30 on Thursdays at Platt Springs United Methodist Church in West Columbia. Yoga is something you can do lift your spirits, change your thinking, fellowship with others, and be healthier in the body you're in today! And in zipaDeeBee yoga classes, we laugh . . .
