Gratitude Tuesday
One of my favorite emails each week is from Maryland University of Integrative Health! They do a "Gratitude Tuesday" communication that always has great ideas. Today the Gratitude Action step was something I wanted to share: Are you interested in expanding (amplifying) your practice of gratitude at home, at work, or in your community? Next step - set a personal gratitude goal to express gratitude to 2 family members (or 2 friends or 2 colleagues) by the end of this week. Set a date and time on your calendar for how and when you’ll make this happen. Try setting a reoccurring calendar appointment with yourself to do this on a weekly basis - 2 family members, 2 friends, 2 colleagues, even 2 strangers.
I think this is doable, and I already set a reminder on my calendar! A gratitude practice can change your brain for the better. Appreciation is AMAZING! "Thank you" for giving it a try💓
