Cows are ruminants.  So are sheep, goats, buffalo, deer, elk, giraffes, and camels!  They have four parts to their stomachs!  They chew, chew, and chew some more.  We do this chewing sometimes with thoughts we go over, over, and over again . . . it's called rumination . . . While it's good for the cow, we NEED to be more "in the now."  Rumination keeps you in the past.
