Be Anchored


In stormy seas, what's your anchor?  How do you feel the ground when the earth moves?  I am anchored by my breath.  Your breath is always with you.  Breathe IN, Breath OUT.  You don't need a lot of space or anything or anyone to do it.  Inhale. Exhale.  When you breathe, you create calm in your body, brains, and heart.  You are anchored.  Breathing is "contagious" . . . when you hear other people breathe, you are likely to take a deep breath too! Take a s-l-o-w, deep breath to anchor. #mrsbroamhats #bestrong
