Unicorn of the Sea

Today is World Kindness Day!  I'm celebrating narwhals, the unicorns of the sea!  Strengthen the back of your torso, legs and arms with this s-t-r-e-t-c-h!! Did you know the horn of the narwhal is a tooth??!!  The tusk can grow up to 10 feet?!  Not all narwhals have these.  If they do, the tusk can bend up to foot before it will break . . . Wow!  That is flexibility.  There are no narwhals in captivity because the animals do not survive it.  Be kind to yourself today.  Be flexible, so as not to break, and BE FREE!!  I had a student share with me she is not going to use to technology this afternoon.  She feels she has been sad because she has indulged in too much screen time . . .
