This is a great book by Eline Snel!  http://www.amazon.com/Sitting-Still-Like-Frog-Mindfulness/dp/1611800587  It contains stories for kiddos to practice sitting still, noticing all that's happening around, conserving energy so they can HOP TO IT!  Kermit the Frog once said, "It's not EASY being green!"  When's it is a "challenge," it is usually an OPPORTUNITY to GROW!
