Get Crafty

Today's #phesdailychallengeweek "to do" was to create a masterpiece!  I'm working on baubles and bangles!  These are not just fun and colorful, but each is a checklist for things to do, say, or remember.  One of my favorites is "Seven Silent Stops for Strength" during your day:
I was inspired to create when I read Seven by Jen Hatmaker which led to reading Seven Sacred Pauses by Macrina Wiederkehr.  What if you stopped seven times throughout your day to be still and quiet?  Being still and quiet helps your mind to organize all the info you've input.  Stopping regularly is like giving yourself a chance to make a picture with the jigsaw puzzle pieces you've been collecting throughout your day!

Here's the charms on the bracelet to remember the times and mini movement opportunities for seven quiet moments in a day:

We're not likely to do all seven (especially the Night Watch Hour), but taking more time to be quiet during the day creates calm and peace in your brains, body, and heart!🧡 #mrsbroamhats #zipaDeeBeeBaublesandBangles
