When Your Ears Hang Low . . .

How can you manage sad feelings?   Try talking to someone and sharing how you feel.  You can draw your sad feelings or use your toys to play your sad feelings.  You can do some exercise that moves your whole body.  You can think about things that make you happy and make pictures of them in your mind.  ALL Feelings are OKAY . . . it's what you DO with them that can be TRICKY . . .
