I'm thinking about the gingerbread man and how he kept running and running .  .  . right into the fox's trap?!  SLOW DOWN. Take a breath and consider "the running."  Lately I've tried to switch it up and instead of saying "I'm busy" I'm trying "I have enough time."  What you THINK ABOUT you BRING ABOUT!
