"Oh, Who Can Make a Flower?"

"Oh, Who Can Make a Flower?"  Maybe we can't "make" one but we can pretend to be one!  This movement is great for the core.  Keep back straight, tighten tummy, spread fingers wide.  Strengthen your core and your brain and body will be strong!  Have you read The Sunflower Sword by Mark Spelling?  It's a great reminder to "be kind" and "listen to your mama!"  BLOOM on Thursday!
