BEE Balanced


We read The Very Greedy Bee by Steve Smallman on Tuesday and discussed overdoing a good thing.  We pretended to be the flowers, stream, boat, and bugs in the story!  We breathed like the hummingbee.  Take a deep breath and "hum" it out.  When you run out of "hum," repeat.  Repeat a third time and then let the breath go.  This way of breathing can help when you have a headache.  You can put your fingers on your head if you need "antennas."  BEEing balanced is the BUZZ for today!
