Visitors

What if Dr. Seuss' "Thing 1" or "Thing 2" came to visit?  Welcomed or Unwanted guest?  Pleasant or Unpleasant feeling?  When you are worried, anxious, or scared, try a deep, belly breath!  Breathing deeply will help you find calm, no matter the weather or who is knocking at your door.
