Notice & Acknowledge

What if you considered your feelings as visitors?  Like the owl in the tree, just watch and observe.  Some guests are more welcomed than others .  .  . Some feelings are more pleasant, but ALL feelings are OK!  How do you manage your feelings?
We are practicing MOOving and BREATHING this week to self-regulate.  These strategies are SUPER POWERS!
