If you are overexcited, nervous, antsy, "folds" will do the trick. You could (1) forward fold or (2) monkey
If you are tired, sad, heavy, back bending poses will dust the clouds off your heart. Try (1) snake (2) table or (3) superhero
Feeling scattered, unstable, overwhelmed? Standing poses are what you need: (1) tree (2) mountain (3) triangle or (4) hero
Balance Feels BEST! It's Happy Kid Habit #7. Think OUTSIDE the box and BREAK FREE!
