Be BRAVE! Don't be CHICKEN!

As you venture into non-screen activities this week, try a "chicken dance!"  Be sturdy on one leg and then bend the opposite leg, holding the foot with the same side hand.  Lean into the "dance," belly button reaching to the ground.  Stretch the opposite hand for balance!  Guaranteed to make you giggle or "BAWK!"
