Hurt People Hurt People

Sometimes people choose to hurt others when they are hurting.  We call that "being a shark friend."  What is a better way to work through pain?  How about take a deep breath, talk to someone, listen to music, be quiet and still for a little while, go for a walk, drink some water .  .  . make a choice that doesn't leave a mark?!  There WILL be pain, but there doesn't HAVE to be suffering!
