BUGGY Feelings

BUGGY feelings are the unpleasant ones .  .  . we don't want to feel them, but we gotta feel them to find pleasant feelings again!  What can you do when you are sad, lonely, nervous, or scared???   You can:


  • talk to someone about it
  • listen to music
  • play with your pet
  • ride your bike
  • write it down
  • draw a picture
  • play with your toys
  • take a deep breath


Whatever you choose, REMEMBER

(1) Nobody gets hurt (including YOU) and (2) Nothing gets broken

and it'll be an okay way to work through the unpleasant feeling.  :-)
