Monster Laugh

A monster laugh or little chuckle improves alertness, creativity, learning and memory!  In a study at Johns Hopkins University Medical School, humor during instruction led to increased test scores.  Laughing can reduce the frequency of colds and lower blood pressure.  It strengthens muscles (diaphragm, abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg and back) and increases the response of tumor- and disease-killing cells such as Gamma-interferon and T-cells.  It's a healthy choice to tickle your funny bone!
