Think GREEN!

My husband served up a spinach and egg sandwich for breakfast today!  It is "mindful" to taste a new food, especially when it looks different from anything you eaten [The MindUP Curriculum, Grades Pre-K-2, p. 153].

We also read Green by Laura Vaccaro Seeger today to strengthen "inner resource."  When you need to calm your mind and body, close your eyes, take a breath, and Think GREEN.  What do YOU think of when you Think GREEN?  How do you feel when you Think GREEN?
