BALANCE your BRAIN with your BREATHE

I'm still trying NOT TO LOSE MY MIND!  The end-of-the-year challenges your efforts to BALANCE YOUR BRAIN!

Close the right side of your nose!

Breathe through the left side of your nose.

Now close the left and breathe through the right!  This is one round, try to do six rounds of breathing to BALANCE YOUR BRAIN!
