Monkey Friend?

Have you ever had so much energy you were actually TOO EXCITED?!  Monkey Friends are wild and crazy and lack control, and sometimes they hurt others but don't mean to .  .  . one self-regulation tip is to press your palms together in front of your chest like "book ends!"  You're arms will shake and then release the pressure.  Repeat this fun until your feel in charge of your monkey business.  This is a good technique for when you are in smaller spaces.  If you can get outdoors, run, skip, dance and MOVE your body!  Know how to get yourself under control so you can be that TEDDY BEAR FRIEND, one who cares about others, listens, and helps others feel safe.  Keeping a lid on your monkey business is enough business to keep you busy!
