What can you do with a BUGGY FEELING?

How can you DE-BUG BUGGY FEELINGS?  As long as you don't hurt yourself, someone else or anything, it's probably a healthy way to DE-BUG.  How about talk to someone, ride your bike, take a deep breath, listen to music, or play with your pet?  What else would be a healthy way to DE-BUG a BUGGY FEELING?
