Balloon Breath

It's PASS Testing Week (Palmetto Assessment of State Standards) and YOU'VE GOT THIS!  All you need to do is BREATHE and RELAX and let your BRAIN SHINE!

Breathe in and blow up your pretend balloon.  As you exhale, put your worries and concerns in the balloon.  Take five deep breaths and then tie off the balloon and let it go!  You feel calm and relaxed and ready to do your best thinking.  :-)
