Wear SPOTS on Monday, 10/22!
Get SPOTTED making HEALTHY CHOICES! What are some healthy choices you know?
- get to bed on time--is before 8:00 a good time for you? You want to be rested to learn all you can in a day at school.
- read a book--learn how to solve problems through the characters you get to know, talk with your family about what you read--share time together
- eat healthy foods, small portions of the not-so-healthy ones you like (Halloween Candy)!
- move your body--at least 1 hour a day--ride your bike, kick a soccer ball, dance, cartwheel, run, walk--"you've got to move it, move it!"
